MANUFACTURER We will pick up your home at the manufacturer's lot and deliver to another dealer's lot or yours onsite.
FOUNDATION We will prepare whatever necessary for your lot as well as dig and pour footers.
SETUP We will setup all manufacturer and modular homes. All sizes and roof pitch.
LEVEL All our Homes are Leveled with the use of a Water Level.
UTILITIES HOOKUP In TN we will always run water and sewer under your home. If the customer needs; we have the contacts to put in septic tanks and field lines.
Tie down We will tie down whatever is necessary to make homes satisfactory with state codes, as well as making the home owner a sense of security.
